Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of the services and products, all digital sales are final. No refunds on ebooks or promotional services will be issued. If you would like to make an adjustment to your promotional package, please notify our team of your request within 24 hours of publication. Requests received after 24 hours of posting will be accepted or denied at our team's discretion.


For physical sales, we will only accept unworn items in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please note, after 7 days, all sales are final. Take care to ensure that you view our sizing charts and select the correct sizing before purchase. No exchanges or returns after 7 days of delivery are permitted.

If our team makes an error on our end, please let us know and we will resolve the matter for you.

You will be reimbursed the cost of the item(s) at the time of purchase and any sales tax paid for the item(s). You will not be reimbursed any shipping costs or associated shipping taxes.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When will my order be shipped?

Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing an order and up to 10 business days for pre-ordered items. Items will be shipped immediately after processing. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have not been shipped may be canceled. There is a $5 non-refundable processing fee for all pre-shipped order cancelations. Your refund will take 5 to 7 business days to process once the order is cancelled. Once an order has been dropped off for shipment, we cannot cancel the order. 

When will I receive my order?

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most domestic locations. We do not currently ship internationally. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If there are no shipping delays, orders shipped through standard shipping will arrive within 3 to 4 business days after processing. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays regarding your order. 

I never received my order. What should I do?

If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, please contact USPS/UPS and file a claim. Black Moms Match is not responsible for missing packages after USPS/UPS states it was delivered. 

Please ensure that your address, including the apartment number and any additional delivery instructions, is correct before placing your order. Black Moms Match cannot take responsibility for incorrect information.

We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered or refused. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

By voluntarily submitting content (including photos, videos, personal stories, anecdotes and jokes) and granting permission of use to our respective communities across various platforms, you agree that such submissions are non-confidential for all purposes and you grant Black Moms Match and its affiliates, partners and licensees worldwide an irrevocable, nonexclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, license to use, display, publicly perform, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, make derivative works of, sublicense and otherwise commercially and non-commercially use, your Submitted Items and all copyright, trade secret, trademark or other intellectual property rights therein, in any manner or medium now existing or hereafter developed (including but not limited to print, film or electronic storage devices), without compensation of any kind to you or any third party, and the right to include your name and social media platforms in connection with any such use. By submitting material to us, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to grant the rights set forth above and that your material will not, in whole or in part, infringe the intellectual property rights, rights of privacy or publicity, or any other rights of any third party. You further represent and warrant that you have attained the legal age of majority in your state/province (18 in most states/provinces). Parent or guardian must submit on behalf of any minor.
